Oh, you mean the dipsh*ts that quit their job to do the protests? Because there are plenty of those to go around.

This is just like the high schoolers that protested not too long ago here in TX and CA, and the students in the UK. Ridiculous, pointless, and based in complete ignorance.

Lemmings off a cliff.

You will be angry! Why? Because you are young, and we are telling you to be angry! So go be angry and don't forget to have signs...signs are important!

Maybe I'll swing by downtown tomorrow with an anti-Jobs picket sign.

Thank you! And no one here will say jack-squat about either one of them. I thought I was going to puke with all the Steve Jobs crap floating around yesterday. Good lord! And I have an iPhone and iPad and MacBook Pro--and I love them, but holy crow people, get a grip.

I have a few friends who are attending, and they all have jobs (but with flexible schedules). I also have friends who are attending in NYC, and they, too, are employed (or students). I know a few folks in other cities who believe that it's important to use a vacation day or two to voice their concerns at a time like this.

I'd love to do more bickering, but I'm off to work!

Off to work at 9:30?

I guess I'm one of those bitter conservatives who's been at work since before 7AM enjoying my 6 figure salary.

Thanks

i'm part of this generation who is doing these protests, but what's sad is that i'm willing to bet if the news station were to go down there and interview a few protesters, they'd all have the same "canned" response and not have a clue what the true intensions of these protests stand for.

Go to a political rally for any particular candidate, ask all the "informed adults" similar questions, you'll get similar uninformed answers.

Not taking sides, nor derailing this thread any further, but many people thought Bear Stearns and Lehman Brothers were good financial planners too.

Yes they were and their financial planning businesses are not what failed.
