I'm thinking about taking my family there this Saturday. Due to the fact that we'd be going in October, is it any less crowded than during the summer when most folks are on vacation? I understand that Howl-O-Scream thing might be going on, but in your experience, is it any better to go during the fall, or are Saturdays all alike there at Sea World?

Just go to SeaWorld, man. Life's too short to worry about whether it's crowded or not. Just go there and HAVE FUN!

On another note, though, it's supposed to rain this weekend. Take that as you will.

It depends...during the summer you'll usually get the "full park" experience. During the fall dates, the water park is closed and other attractions may be closed as well. During "Howl-o-scream" , a majority of the atractions will have this theme and not the one they will normally have during the summer months. My family and I typically go during Howl-o-scream since it's a little cooler and the kiddos like to dress up. It's not too crazy packed but there's a good crowd. Usually wait around 30-45mins to get into the haunted forest. But it's fun.
