Daily Kos: First Officical Statement From #Occupy Wall Street

Looks like they're aiming for inclusivity of demands rather than whittling it down to any one, centralized platform.

Let the rumbling begin. . . .

We've never not been able to discuss SA politics in a SA thread, so I think that won't be an issue. It's the general concept of this little group that is what is most likely off limits.

I figure the SA rally will have a majority consisting of the post high school college students and then some pro hispanic something or other groups, unions, teachers, mostly all presenting an appearance that definitely does not say I could be ready to work for you right this moment.. just my idea of the local edition.

I wonder if the protesters in San Antonio will express their anger with billionaires like Steve Jobs (RIP) and George Soros? Will they smash their Chinese-sweatshop-made iPhones and demand that Soros stop funding lefty causes? Nah, this is just election year politics and all you need to do is substitute the word "Republican" every time Wall Street and rich people are mentioned.

Maybe I'll swing by downtown tomorrow with an anti-Jobs picket sign.
