LOL this is actually exactly what my family did on vacations when I was a child! For the longest time i thought that's what you were supposed to take pictures of - famous objects.

I think the rented RV and the touristy photos and brochures and maps make them less suspicious in my mind. Seriously, what kind of half-assed terrorist would research potential target sites based on brochures that they pick up at the local tourism center?

Didn't they arrest some terrorists a few years ago out on Culebra Rd??

I've always been concerned that the Alamo would be a prime target for terrorists.

The last I heard, they weren't here illegally and non-Arab American citizens have carried out more terrorist acts on U.S. soil than anyone else. By the way, there have been white and Hispanic converts to Islam who have attempted to carry out a terrorist act.

If the courthouse does not have plenty of sombreros, then the terrorists have won.

So the Express News is incorrect in reporting that they are French citizens (NOT Morrocan as origially reported by "officials") who travelled to the US on valid French passports less than 90 days ago, and thus are here legally on the standard tourist visa? And that none of them are actually on the FBI watch list as "officials" also reported yesterday?

This sounds to me like the typical "local cops talk to the media before they actually know anything" story. It happens all the time.

So who is lying? Sherrif Ortiz? The FBI? Homeland Security? Please be specific.
