Certainly not the worst on their menu... but still
not very good for those thinking about their health.
It's fine even for those thinking about their health. The odd McDonald's meal now and again never hurt anyone. Daily? Yes. Once in a while? Harmless.

Ah, silly rabbit... Not fair! You're preaching common sense, personal responsibility and self-control. These seem to be things that you rarely see around SA based on general BMI and plethora of fast food chains.

Seriously though, I do agree that moderation is the key. I wish the general population here would see obesity for what it really is: Uncool, unattractive and an early death.

Overall, in this city, the McRib does not deserve it's own thread (IMO).

Unfortunately no, its not.

Recommended daily fat intake is ~65 grams.

Recommended daily sodium intake is ~2,400 mg.

The McRib provides approximately half those values in ONE meal.
There are TWO other meals to get through in the day where there
will be some measure of fat and sodium intake.

In any case, this has now morphed into a general rather than SA
specific discussion.... so I'm out.

The McRib is nasty. Don't they have it available for a limited time every year?
