What kind of work history, and what kind of experience? Can he pass a physical? Drug test? Is he pretty mechanically inclined? Any kind of training/specialized instruction?

Need a bit more info to be of any help....

Also what kind of "history"? If it's a criminal or sexual offense it makes a differance. A credit history is a different story. It also depends on the type of work his is looking for

Here are a few places that say they are felony friendly employers, but I do not have contact info:

Food Team -Felony is on a case by case basis

L&H Packing -Labor Work (all felonies)

Delta Produce - (depending on felony and how it pertains to work)

A lot of hotels downtown hire felons. They get tax breaks/paid from the state to hire them.
