Sweet!

Top Brass Military Surplus & Tactical Gear Army Law Enforcement Supplies

But if there is one thing that annoys me about websites, it's when they have a 'Full-sized image' option on a pic and when you click on it, you get a pic the same size as the original!

At first I got all excited because I need a new double handcuff case, but their duty gear is the cheapest, ugliest looking gear I have ever seen. Thanks for posting the link. Maybe I'll find some other good stuff there.

Their web site has a limited selection of what they should carry. For instance, I didn't see a lot of magazines. So, let's see what's up when open. Will they beat the internet prices for Glock mags for instance?

I take it that there are no guns or ammo? Their Surefire batteries price is good as compared to Cabela's but there are places in Austin that are better (of course, you gotta go to Austin).

Try Sterling or Nardis. Sterling is usually cheaper than Nardis and has a better selection (plus every time we go there they seem to have Krispy Kreme donuts).

I keep meaning to go to Kel Lac Tactical, at 90 and Military, and see what they've got. I know they carry Blackhawk duty gear.

Thanks for the tip. I've been to Sterling, but never really shopped there. I just went to get uniform patches and name tags. Their website is not easy to navigate, so I guess I just have to look around in person. The last time I ordered gear, it was off the internet. I've never been to Nardis, so I'd have to check that out too.

Have you checked out their website? Kel-Lac Tactical

I routinely stop by there, usually to order items I can't find elsewhere. The staff is really friendly. They don't have a huge selection, but they can order anything you want. Price-wise they're not bad, but you can beat their prices online if you are patient and hunt around. Usually I don't have the time and will pay a little more; but I don't mind as like I said they are nice there...

There is/was another tactical shop just across 90 over in the "Hamburger Hill" area, it used to be a few doors down from the Handy Andy but now they're located across the parking lot from it.

It also looks like Alamo Tactical is opening a store up towards Camp Bullis (according to their Facebook page).

Cheers! M2

I will have to stop by this place and see what it is like. I agree with the Sterlings and Nardis crowd. GT in Austin is also a top notch place with quite a gun counter.

L210, if you are looking for a double cuff case, Nardis carries the "Heros Pride" line that is rather cheap yet of reasonable quality(nylon). I actually have an extra one I would be happy to give you.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'm going to hit up Nardis and Sterling's for a double handcuff case and a flashlight holder. I'm in no rush because I'm carrying a single handcuff case and I never arrest anyone. It's just nice to have two handy for the big people.
