Has anyone ever heard of this HOA? I just learned over the weekend that this would be our new HOA, replacing real manage. I looked over the website and aside from the ability to pay you fees, there was not much left to be desired. I was wondering if anyone new anything about this company, thanks.

My neighborhood uses that company. I don't have any real feelings about it, bad or good...the HOA president is still the one who decides what should get done and does it. From what she says, the management company mostly deals with the legal end of things.

Default Riverstone HOA

Does anyone know when the next association meeting is? I know that there was suppose to be one a couple of months ago, but it was canceled. Does anyone have a clue as to when the next meeting will be, I would like to run for some sort of position to get some things done, gated community, speed bumps, and restrictions on parking.

We also use this company in our HOA. Same as Hedgehog Mom...neutral feelings so far. They seem less "nosy" than other companies I've dealt with in the past, but also don't seem to do much in terms of neighborhood activities.

We have a property in SA that procomm is the hoa for. They seem easy enough to work with. I get letters in the mail if our tenants leave the trashcans out. I am pretty sure they do drive through the communities a few times a month. Especially the day after the trash picks up

Procomm is not an HOA, it's the largest HOA management company in Texas. Your board of directors must have selected a new management company.

In my experience, no matter what company your HOA uses, the quality of the manager they assign to your HOA matters a lot. My HOA has had good managers and bad ones.

Riverstone HOA just changed (again) last month. They only just got up and running, don't see any notices about meetings yet. You might want to call and ask? Don't have # to hand but they mailed out a packet to everyone at the changeover......

Lexnupe, is this currently a gated community?

Did they? We have not received anything as of yet, I am curious as to when you received this literature.
