Default Recommend concrete.....

Hello I need to have a 12 x 12 concrete slab poured in my backyard. I am looking for any recommendations for concrete business that you''ve had good results with or if you have any horror stories on who to avoid. Also how much did you pay or anyone have a clue how much I'll pay? Thanks in advance and Have a great day.

I just got quotes for a 30x40 pad you can extrapolate from there...

One was $3200, the other $4200

A basic slab on level slope should cost no more than $7 per square foot, and don't pay any money until some work is done. I did a payment % equal to the % of the job that was done. Make sure they use rebar tied on 10 inch squares.

Hey Viny80, did you ever get your slab made? What company did you decide to go with? I'm looking to get one made.

Some of the quotes in this town are ridiclious. You'd think the concrete was made of gold or something. Viny80, timmydformvp is right, pay no more than $7/sqft. I wanted to get a 15'x15' pad installed and the quotes started at $15/sqft....outragious!

Wow, $15/ sqft! I'm just hoping I can find someone I can trust. There are so many contractors in this city.
