On Thursday I found this sweet girl in my subdivision. She was very dirty but cleans up nicely.

I took her to the vet and shes not chipped. I want to make sure she goes back home to her owners before I find her a new home. So if anyone knows of a black lab that has gone missing near the 151 potranco ingram area. Please PM me.

She is very sweet and well mannered. She has no trouble with being in a crate,is housebroken, and very gentle.

She isnt much older than a yr or so.

I have posted on CL and I sent an email to our HOA president to forward to our community residents and have not received any responses.

I am not sure if she was dumped or she escaped. Id love to keep her but I cant with my 2 dogs and young son it would be more than I can manage.

If no one claims her by Tuesday I will be looking for a new home for her so if you are interested in a pure bred lab also PM me in case her owners dont come forward.

Yesterday, 12/14/11, our female black lab dug out of the yard and has not been seen since. She is spayed and has a red collar. We live in Chestnut Springs, near Ingram and 151, so hopefully she is nearby. Please call, text or email if you see her. XXX-XXX-XXXX Thanks, Amanda
I called and told her about this thread, hopefully the dog will be home soon!

Cheers! M2

I just talked to her five minutes ago, but for some reason it took dialing the number twice to get through.

Cheers! M2

Wow! That must be some kind of record. Not even one hour from the time of the original post until the dog is back home. Great outcome!
