As usual, you read into posts ("nothing wrong with that"). Nothing personal.... I just don't rely on people for jack squat. If you are so busy that you choose to do so, that's your deal.

You probably also NEVER go out to eat at restaurants, because that would be someone cooking for you, right?

So to answer the OP's question, you need to go on craigslist and find an educated millionaire that will pay YOU for the chance to clean your house, tax free!

What a helpful thread this turned into...

but but...isn't it helpful to know how awesome others are that they clean their own "crapper"?

Good grief, if someone chooses to pay someone to do their cleaning then that is their right to do so.

I have a woman who cleans my house each week for $85. It's around 3000 sq ft and she does a pretty good job. It's a luxury for sure, but with my wife and I both working, its wonderful to come home to a clean house and not have to lift a finger.

I pay $60 for weekly cleaning of just the downstairs area of my 3,000 sq ft home. My kids are responsible for their bedrooms and bathroom that are upstairs. She does a good job, but I also do a deep cleaning myself twice a year. I'd rather spend my free time enjoying my family. I also make more per hour than I pay the cleaning lady per hour so it's worth it to me.
