Any Intel on Construction @ Old Albertson's on Guilbeau?
Over the last few days I have noticed quite a few contractors working in the old Albertson's location on Guilbeau road. The commercial RE listing is showing it as sold, but the SO can't find any info on MLS about it. So...anyone in the know?
Until we know the facts, I'm going to tell my friends that it'll be a combined In N Out Burger and Trader Joe's. AND...since they are doing concrete work out back, they are OBVIOUSLY building a "Space Mountain"!!!

Well, figured it out and it's not very exciting at all. UIW is opening a school of physical therapy. Maybe they will still put in a In N Out!
This might make it a little easier to sell the house less than a mile away, though!

Yep, I'm pretty happy about it. Will probably look at selling our house that is less than a mile away in about a year, so that could be a good selling point.
