I was wondering if you guys knew if any even exist anymore. Though some web searching I've found out this: There have been only 2-3 in the past few years. Alamo Pedicab, Riverside Pedicab, and Rivercity Pedicab. The latter of the list unfortunately burned down last year in September. Alamo which keeps coming up with two numbers and is at 500 N Santa Rosa, but there is an apartment complex there now. and Riverside located at 1301 E Commerce but there is now an storage company there.

I ride downtown every now and then but never see any. Compared to Austin where...well they are everywhere always ready. I wanted to give it a go here before I move to Austin either at the end of this year or sometime next year, but have been unable to find any.

I'm starting to wonder if I should buy/build (a nice one) a pedicab so I can rake in some cash come spring, fiesta, and summer seeing that there would apparently be no competition haha!

Also pulled up a post about a new SA pedicab law that would basically allow much more freedom and hours, I think it passed it says it hasn't been put into practice. Anyone got some insight into that?

I've seen a couple during random trips downtown. They'd be ideal for getting tourists to consider venturing out to the great eating places at the Pearl and in Southtown.
