I believe there was a post that mentioned the Village at the Rim earlier in the thread. Does anyone know if that project is finally coming through?

Now that the developer has taken care of his financial situation, work should start on the village at the rim within the year.

Who cares? Like I said, McDonalds across the street from Central Market. Upscale or not, these fast food chains exist everywhere.

Those would be called food deserts. Whataburger is only good between the hours of 1200AM-5AM anyhow.

It started as a rather upscale area and then everybody with a business added a location there.
