Can't find the post (after a whole 5 minutes of searching)....but I think it had to do with a Cold War event. The only thing I can find is the Berlin Blockade (first international event of the "War"...June, 24, 1948 - May 12, 1949 according to Wikipedia).

Am I right on this?

Hey, remember you are dealing with someone that lived in HONOLULU for several years....where you would see someone that qualified as an "antique" strolling down the beach with someone young enough to be their great granddaughter....but the BULGE was in the back pocket....not the front of those swimtrunks!!! LOL ;0

Ha. I tried to find that post where I explained it, too, but it was far too buried in the C-D archives. It's a reference to June of 1848, and especially the "June Insurrection." I'll leave it at that.

My dad was born in 1948, so I'm a bit younger than that. Both me and my lovely lady are in our late 30s, although I act younger, and she looks younger.

Once again, I highly recommend Lost Maples Lodge!

That's a good-lookin' lady and a good-lookin' lodge! We'll have to check that place out sometime.
