....on Monday night ( I think) I saw a stunning harvest moon giving off a beautiful, deep burnt orange glow. Mesmerizing....

.....driving home from work Friday, reflecting on the long day I'd had when all of a sudden I see on the right shoulder a disabled, older model Jeep with an extrememly frustrated male kicking the right fender with all his might. "Boom! Zlonk! Ka-Pow! Clank!" A passing motorist honked at him and the stranded soul promptly gave him a one-finger salute. I decided at that moment, that my day was not all that bad compared to this poor guy.

Especially if there is a Taco Bell in the vicinity.

Spotted just moments before he joined the highway ( IH35)!!
That stuff was barely hanging on his pick-up. Interesting that while he was driving on the hwy two police cars passed by, so I guess he was in compliance with the law.
Isn't that scary??

Here is another one. This was spotted on Loop410 west...

BTW: Texas Department of Public Safety - An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of:
not less than $25 or more than $200 for a first conviction; ( that's a joke! )
not less than $200 or more than $500 for a second or subsequent conviction.

Maybe the photographer was the passenger and not the driver.
