Ask your math teacher. Many of them make extra money tutoring after school.

Also check craigslist:

Oh, almost forgot: there are many tutoring web sites on the Internet
( They provide problems, explanations, and solutions. )

Craigslist or you may even want to try to call up to one of the universities. I made a few bucks on the side being an independent Bio tutor for middle through high schoolers from leads from my dept chair.
