Default LOVE me some rainy, thunderstorm, hunker down at home weekend...

The Chicken Tortilla soup is on the stove and life is GOOOD hunkered down at home this nice, cool, rainy weekend.

Thunderstorm makes me want to take a 2nd nap for the day....isn't this a WONDERFUL way to enjoy family, staying home, doing nothin??????

God throws roadblocks in our way of "getting out and getting it done" for a reason....so we can APPRECIATE this kind of kick back, relax time!

Put it to GOOD use!

Enjoy your day Paka..sounds like a great plan.

My kid however is sitting on a school bus due to a rain delayed varsity game that he was helping with today. Afterwards we do have plans to go out before hubby goes out of town tomorrow.

Yes ma'am! Doing "nothing" with the people I love the most is my favorite thing, especially on a day like this. Currently nursing my snuggly baby boy to sleep in a big squishy chair in my husband's office, listening to the rain and taking in his brilliance while he works. It's so dark, we've got lamps on, even though this is technically a sun room. No sun today!

Trying to decide what kind of soup to make for dinner...

LOVING this day Paka... So glad you are enjoying your day as well... The kids and I have been hanging out in the living room all day, literally... Youngest is doing Lego's, oldest is on the computer and middle and I are watching bad TV... LoL...

Waiting for hubs to get up so I can send him to the store for chicken/cheese soup ingredients and then maybe some family Wii time...

ENJOY your day Paka...
