Costco.....I would certainly check them out if you have a membership.

When we did our granite counters, they were hands down the cheapest.

For ideas (and maybe getting yourself into LOTS of Troub$e you might want to go to the home and garden show next weekend for ideas.....but it is VERY DANGEROUS TO THE WALLET$$$ Lots of great,, I never knew that I want that kind of stuff.

We purchased some cabinets a few years ago for a bathroom remodel from Homearama (Broadway). I was leery, and was leaning towards the Home Depot ready to go type stuff. Not only did we pay less (including install!), but we got much better cabinets, and great design advice. I am very happy with what we chose. We would have repeated the same mistake as the homebuilder did (90" wide span using 4 cabinets), and instead got 3 cabinets that utilized the space MUCH more effectively.

For granite, like Paka said, go with Costco. I'm sure they do great cabinets as well.

Ditto for Homearama. The price was reasonable, the cabinets we chose were made in San Antonio, and the guys who work there even installed them (on the side).
