Does anyone know of any new subdivisions or condominiums or new businesses that are being built in this area? Any comments would be great! tks.

Arby's is almost done, located in front of the Home Depot.
There is also a shopping center at 1604/Hausman under construction, but not sure what is going in there.

What is the new thing going up by the B of A on the NE corner of Bandera/1604? I saw it yesterday and it, but I didn't see a sign with the name.
