Milberger's is a great place but you can find much cheaper. I went with Del's Grass on 1604 and Shaenfeld.

Del's Grass Farms

They were $95 per pallet, Milberger's was double that for Zoysia.

Does Del's have people to remove old grass and install new grass?

I recommend Del's also. We got the best prices from them on zoysia last year. I can't remember if they install, but you could always buy the product and then pay someone else for labor.

General landscaping? If you mean plants, Walmart has great prices. I spent a few hundred at Rainbow last week before going to Walmart. I returned half of what I bought at Rainbow, because Walmart beat them hands down. For oak trees, we wait for the HEB Plus sale every year. It may have been over spring break, but it's the absolute best value ever on oak trees. We have purchased about 8 or so from them and 5 have taken beautifully over two years.
