Elizabeth Garcia at KCharles Stone Oak. Love her. She does my highlight and cut. She is a Sr. Stylist there. I also love that it is a no gratutity salon. I don't have to worry about how much to tip. Yes the prices are higher then a Hair Cuttery place but I look at getting my hair done as a little luxury for myself so why not induldge sometimes.

I will mention Rick Klepach at Klepach Studios, just across from the Target near Blanco and the 410. He's a passionate artist. He just opened up this venue and already has a strong following. I'm sure he'd be willing to consult over a gourmet coffee first before you make the plunge. And his prices for my needs were very reasonable.

Penguin927...just moved here and saw your recommendation....do you get blonde highlights? If yes, are your roots fully covered when she is finished?(I need full head blonde highlights)

Also, do you mind giving a ball park price that you pay. I don't want to call and set an appointment if it is out of my price range which is generous but not outrageous

Thank you

K Charles & Co is a full service beauty salon and spa in San Antonio, Texas.

The Master Stylist cut/style is $62 and when I get a full foil highlight my cost is about $200 and partical highlight is $150 or so. Not positive. Those prices include my cut/style also.

I do get blonde highlights put in and it looks great with my original hair color which is also a blonde color also.

One of my girlfriends is also now going to Elizabeth and loves her hair now also.

Lee Anthony. Lee Anthony Salon - Home

One of the top in the state. Not outrageously priced either.

Can we do a poll on the top hairdressers in SA? Give me your top person, someone who uses goldwell color products, gets it right EVERYTIME, consistently good color AND cut... someone that never has an off day and is always on target and everytime you get your hair done you get compliments because that is the true mark of a good hairdresser. Thanks!

I've got an AMAZING stylist, but she's in South Austin. If you want her info, send me a message. I'll never go to anyone else. She doesn't use goldwell, though. She works at an Aveda salon. My hair has never looked better since I've been seeing her.
