Like I said, I hate streaks.

What do you get for a streak? A trophy? A ring? The glory of another championship for your city? No. I for one am glad the streak is over.

It was becoming nothing but a monkey on the Spur's back. This was an absolute must-win for OKC if they were even hoping to make this a series, and they did what you expect a good team to do. They gave it their all and they wanted it more, and avoided being swept out of the playoffs.

Now, there is no streak to worry about -- we just have keep OKC from beating us 3 more times. Just get the job done.

Yes, I agree with this sentiment and expected it. OKC has been around the block. I didn't really expect such a spanking, but in a way it's good because now the Spurs will fight even harder. The starters tonight are sucking a big one, even though the bench is doing admirably. Unfortunately the bench cannot save the day if OKC's FIVE starters are doing well (vs. the three man show that's been on display lately).

Forget the nasty. The Spurs now need to identify an offensive strategy that works against OKC's improved defensive scheme. In Pop We Trust.

I want some DeJuan Blair. His play was effective in the 4th quarter. I'd like to see him start or move ahead of Splitter in the rotation.

Well, they had to lose one game so we can win the series back here at the AT&T center. Yeah that's it.
