So much construction from one end of Westover Hills to another. Can anyone tell me what is being built? There is a construction right near medical buildings closer to 151, but also Portola/Westover Hills and near Culebra/Westover Hills next to Creekside Subdivision. Anyone got clues?

at Portola Bay & Westover Hills Dr, the Barrios family (of Los Barrios and La Hacienda de Los Barrios fame) are putting in a new restaurant, Viola's Ventanas. It is supposed to be like the Hacienda style, with a deck, play area, etc. I am very excited! Not sure what is going in at Culebra and Westover Hills, I've been wondering that myself.
