Anyone have any pictures of the way Ingram used to look on the outside?

Here are some other shots from the Varsity Village at Woodlawn and Bandera:

This Warehouse Furniture used to be a thrift store but at one time it was a Bruners clothing store.

Also in Varsity Village currently is a Lisa's Mex food (good) which is in the background. It used to be the Henry's Puffy Tacos and before that it was a Luby's. In the foreground is currently a Rent-A-Tire. I'm not sure how long that has been there but back in the day that was a Winn's where we would get all our school supplies every August.

Whopper Burgers were a big Friday dinner treat. The business is gone but some of the old buildings exist around town and some parts of the original moving signs. This is from the Burger Boy on St. Mary's. It used to be a W.B.

Yes there was a Luby's there. We saw Deliverence at the Broadway. And the Varsity Village Family Thrift center which was a HEB as mentioned above had a Bruner's Dept store where the furniture store is. On up Bandera there was a barber shop where i got my first haircut next to the Luby's. The barbers name was Tarver.

I didn't think that it had ever changed.

I was wondering if Chelse's is still there. They Used to have decent bands and a giant Nacho plate with tons of cheese and beef. The drinks were pretty decent too.

Despite making Time magazine, I cannot find any pics of Sandra Ilene West or her funeral in which she was buried in her 1964 baby-blue Ferarri 330 America (some reports say it may have been a 250GT). Does anyone have any??

Cheers! M2
