i noticed that as well. theyre only doing a 30-45 minute protest... then what? maybe the timetable on their website is there to throw counter-protesters off?

i simply cannot think of how a 30 minute protest will accomplish anything

Them protesting accomplishes nothing(no body listens to them or is protesting with them), they only go out with the hopes of getting assaulted, so the can sue people.

2) why havent you attacked us yet?
3) we have mouths to feed!

That is strange. It would not surprise me though. I thought this group was not allowed anywhere near military installations? Or was it funerals of soldiers killed in action? Regardless these folks will meet their maker sooner or later. Nuff said

a few reports ive read, as well as forums that discuss the shenannigans of the WBC have all claimed (and had some evidence to back it up) that a really large portion of their operating funds come from lawsuits.

i believe a suit brought on them ruled that they cant go near funerals... or not that close anymore.

Unfortunately, they are still allowed to protest at soldiers's funerals, but the Patriot Guard ( a group of bikers, veterans mostly) blocks them and shields the family and friends of the deceased from their hatred and ignorance. My friend just lost his son-in-law in Afghanistan and his funeral was held in Missouri, and the Patriot Guard stepped in proudly. He posted the video of the procession and it is amazing. God bless the Patriot Guard.

even if you dont like the military, ffs, really? i just cant fathom how people who say they believe in God can basically just Moderator cut: language right in his face with these protests.

i say , see'em ....go up slowly and give'em a hug . the whole time announce your intentions of course (firm voice) '' i love you, i love you '' . they're doing all this to get a reaction so they can yell ''SEE ?!'' flip it over and get a reaction out of them .

The WBC doesn't believe in anything other than making money off of lawsuits. Best advice, ignore them. Patriot Guard captains and member are thoroughly trained to not interact with them.

Yes, they deliberately take offensive stances on emotional issues to elicit physical reactions in order to fund their family church.
