Default Chilean Sea Bass and/or Ahi Tuna

Where could I find either of these two items on the menu & how good is it at the location? I've been having a significant craving for these two lately. Thanks in advance! :-)

Most more progressive high end restaraunt won't serve patagonian toothy fish(Chilean sea bass is a made up name). Due to overfishing and environmental issues.

J. Alexanders at the Quarry does a good job on Ahi, seared only, just like I like it. Can't/won't speak for Chilean Sea Bass, see above post.

HEB sells both if you want to do it yourself for cheaper and to your liking.

I've had it at Bohannans downtown too very good!
