Default NW area Apartment Recommendations- good/bad

Moving to San Antonio and looking for a place in the northwest area of town, anywhere from the Helotes area to the inner loop.

Here's what I need-
Looking for a 1 bedroom in the $700-$850 range (but cheaper is ok if it's a great place!)
QUIET !!!!!!!!!!
Must allow 35lb dog but don't want to be stepping in other peoples dogs poop all over and hearing their dogs yapping all the time
Clean
Fitness Center, doesn't have to be high tech/fancy but not gross and rundown
Pool, clean and not full of screaming children all the time
Minimal amounts of children at the complex in general (we don't have kids nor will we, so schools aren't a factor either)
Decent neighborhood
Good management and maintenance
No scamming and nickel n diming over things

Basically just want a nice clean STRESS FREE place to live (I know, I dream big!). I had done some researching and have my long list narrowed down, so if anybody has anything good or bad to say about any of these places, or has another place they can recommend, please let me know! Thanks!!

There is no such thing as adults only type apartments anymore, especially in this town, but if you look at properties that don't have three bedrooms, the less amount of families with children there will be. don't get it twisted though, a majority adult complex doesn't always necessarily mean peace and quiet either.

potentially you should consider calling an apartment locator.

Of course I don't expect there to be NO children, just know that some apartments cater to families and children and I would prefer a place that doesn't do that. That's a good idea about the less than 3 bedrooms, makes sense. Thanks!
