Thank you for the input KevC and Pops. I guess it seams like there were other officer deaths in the past, but they did not receive the same dedicated service (in my head, I am thinking that is not fair, NOT that it should not happen). Maybe because I was in Austin and they do things different up there? I was just talking to my SIL and she said she remembers a few tv broadcasted funerals for fallen officers here. I have every respect for them....I could not do what they do.
