While I would agree that park access has to be ADA compliant, and given the issues described perhaps needs to be reviewed, the only thing that will be accomplished with 'lawyering this up' is ensuring that no one can participate as the easiest thing to do is to not have it at all.

Was that directed towards me due to the emails that I wrote not for myself but for All VOWC Residents?.

Yes, I was messing with you. We won't require a special assessment for the complaint box, will we?

OK -I'm sorry for the misunderstanding. I've got to go to bed.

I've done a lot tonight which includes buying my 2 front row tickets to The Samsung /RadioShack 500 at Texas Motor Speedway.

Good Night All.

Sometimes it is just so frustrating seeing the things my family can not participate in and if they go away it really doesn't change for me. I know it will take away from others so that is why I usually deal with it. I do think of others not just me, but does not seem that everyone else does.

I agree that a lawyer may be excessive in this instance. However, I think you should calmly and factually lay out your case verbally at a BOD meeting. I think you'll find that a lot of residents would agree with you...either due to the disability issues or simply just to have the freedom to have a sale at their own home twice a year.

Play it smart and easy on the oppinionated passion when doing so and you'll have a good bit of support from the community on your side.

I called 311 yesterday to report a large dog that is often seen running loose. I have seen him chase and bark at a man on a bicycle. Not sure if he actually would bite or not but he can make you think he would. He has a collar and looks healthy but still doesn't need to be running around putting fear in the residents nearby. I'm not sure which house exactly that he belongs. If the owner doesn't want to lose the dog, they need to keep him in the house or yard.
