sounds like a secret lover rendezvous to me, but it's good you're paying attention. That's the best way to keep the scum out..

They need something to replace that cheap, crappy wood. Ours has been stained twice in two years and it looks bad again. Paying for stone will probably be crazy expensive though.

No, but that is my favorite enterance. It feels so serene crossing the bridge and leaving the city behind.

Yep. If they just would have left the median between Military and Potranco open, Westcreeker's would not have to use that route so often.

Don't know why I said the fence was stained twice in two years.. but since I can't edit, that's what it'll say forever. I meant to say twice since I moved in, which was in 2002.

and people can just go down 1604 to Potranco and use the turnaround there. It's not that far and would keep Potranco less congested.

Default Does anyone know...

how much it costs to rent the Westcreek Community Center? I'm still trying to find a location for my daughter's Sweet 16 party (see other thread), and everything seems way too expensive.

I agree. If only more people would be more proactive about what's going on around them...

Yeah. But the termite magnet fences have got to go - as soon as I can convince them (and afford it) to allow me to use concrete barrier fences instead of wood, my whole fence will come down. I hate it.

Wow, I've never looked at it that way. I've always looked ahead at the 4 way stop backup at Kingsbridge! I guess that's the pessimist in me!

They need to get rid of those stop signs on Military during peak traffic hours. It is so annoying to sit there and wait for people to come to complete stops when there is really only one direction of traffic. In the morning everyone is leaving and coming back in the evening. I don't want lights, but surely they can come up with some sort of idea, like maybe only a three way stop during the hours of xx:xx - xx:xx?

With the increase in traffic that median was an accident waiting to happen. I'm glad it's gone. Here's what I don't like about those turn around lanes - they need to be longer so that folks can accelerate and merge with traffic. I, of course don't have that problem

I live on Kingsbridge, if they did that I wouldn't be able to get out. Traffic lights would detract from the aesthetics of the subdivision.

SanFran is on a distinguished road
Just joined this forum. We are in the Royal Oaks--moved here in Jan 1989 when there were just a few homes. I found this forum when I was searching the HOA to find out about the policy about replacing the wooden fences between our homes. I wanted to find out what type of fencing is allowed. Our wooden fence is falling down and I'm surprised we haven't gotten a notice telling us to fix it. Are any other fencing allowed except wood?

$30 an hour for half the room - clean up fee $45
$50 an hour for the full room including kitchen - clean up $60

If there will be alcohol at the party, you'll have to pay for a cop too.

Call or stop by the office for a copy of the contract...
