Has anyone else been suffering from headaches or sneezing lately? I'm not sure if there's anything in the air right now, but I've been feeling a little off and some of my friends have had sneezing fits, lol.

That's exactly what I was thinking. I've checked the allergy reports and the air seems fine, but I've been suffering for a few days now. Even drinking more water only helps just a little.

It is warming up... drink lots of water.

Lack of sufficient hydration will cause headaches.

The barometric pressure has been rising and falling the past few days, as well, with the cloud and rain activity. This causes many headaches for some sufferers around here, including sinus issues and allergies. I tend to get headaches when the pressure falls, and feel awesome when it rises.

Didn't know that! I think what I may have is a sinus infection based on the location of the pains I've had. It's strange because I've lived in San Antonio all my life and have never really felt like this before.

Usually when you have a sinus infection, it feels really horrible when you bend over.

If you take some sudafed (the original sudafed that you have to get at the pharmacy counter) and it helps, that's another clue that it might be sinus troubles.
