Aldaco's. Good food, service, and fantastic view of the city skyline from their patio.

For authenticity, Cielito Lindo. However, IMHO, the quality has declined a bit.

tried cielito lindo once...not impressed. Did just go to that rather new place along 281 and evans. Can't remember the name, but the slogan is "is sooo gooood" or something like that. I liked the food and the portions were huge. Music was waaaay to loud though and the restaurant was decorated within an inch of its life.

Anyone been to Guero's? I think its on Huebner, there is also a mexican restaurant in I think the 20000 block of Blanco passed by there a few weeks but did not stop. Curious how those places are?

Guero's is open only for breakfast and lunch. I think they close Mondays. Very good breakfast tacos. Haven't had lunch there in a long time - not usually in area during lunch time.

The place on 281/Evans is Lupe Tortilla.

Seriously??? Palapas is both great and consistent. I could live on their green sauce alone. But norteno and puffy tacos make the sauce a wee bit better.

Cielito Lindo

Lupe Tortilla has great fajitas but that's about it.

I love the Aldocos patio and atmosphere.
