Well I know rent was an issue...Rent went up on them and they decided to leave. But I can see how business did go down for them since Santikos built Palladium

Right now Santikos is king here in town, but Regal is a distant second. I think AMC may have given up on SA, who knows?

I really liked the AMC Huebner Oaks. Shame they left town. Hope their plans to revamp the Rivercenter location goes through. Looking at the drawing it looks much better and will sit on the corner where Dillards was. It's a tough town with Santikos here. At least it's a San Antonio home grown company that is doing well here.
