Does anyone know what is going to be on the land where the roaring 20's was before it caught fire?

As to what was going to be on the land. It was purchased by Steve Honigblum under the name - Honigblum Corporation. He has been busy building a home on the back of the property on a bluff over looking Salado Creek.
