I have mixed feelings on this story. Yes, he's impersonating an officer, and yes he's scum, but scamming prostitutes, which is illegal, prostitution that is, and only he got arrested? Its a strange story, and the guy should go to jail for impersonating an officer, "but not paying a prostitute for her services?" Just an odd thing, what ya'll think on this. ?

I think prostitution should not be illegal and that this guy is utter, complete scum for preying on some of the weakest members of our society.

There was no money exchanged so it might be hard to make that charge stick in court. Just my opinion.

Soviet, I think prositution should be illegal but that isn't really the issue with the story mentioned.

I was on the panel of jurors for this trial yesterday. Unfortunatley I was not picked as a juror. I've done jury duty in every court from federal, county, city and even some courts where I was not even sure if it was a real court or how I got there. I have always wanted to be on the jury but I have never been picked. I think this would have been an interesting case to be on. Not to mention, the lady assistant prosecuter was a very nice looking red head. Just say'in.

It's sad to think that stuff like that could happen all the time, and the women usually can't report it because they're already doing something illegal. It was brave of the woman to call and report what she thought was a cop, because she was worried that he was a threat to children.

I do think that prostitution should be legal and regulated, with weekly checkups for the workers. Obviously as long as there's supply and demand, it will go on, so legalizing it would be the best way to protect the women and stop the spread of disease.
