Anyone have any earthly idea when all the construction is going to be complete? I've tried to find out but to no advail. thanks much.

If it's anything like Goliad Rd. It will never be finished :/. We have too many uncompleted road projects in this city.

Does it have to do with drainage and upgrades near Rittiman? That project just completed which included a new bridge over Salado Creek to control flooding. Maybe they are connected in someway.

thankfully i no longer have to take the road in question. it was MURDER on my sedan's suspension but my SUV is like LOL whats this puny crap BUMP BUMP BUMP ahhhh
