Default Best Sandwiches

Can anyone tell me where I find "the best sandwiches"? I'm not talking Subway,Quiznos,Mc Allisters,Earl of Sandwich,Schlotzky's or Jason Deli. I would like to know who has a good double decker sandwich with an array meats. Last month I was in Houston and went to this place in the Galleria area called Ziggys and Lenny's they brought me this sandwich that barely fit on the plate and was stacked so high to turn the sandwich sideways to eat it. Of course it wasn't cheap about $20 but it was worth it. Is there any place like this in San Antonio that is known for their sandwiches?

Check out Schilos Delicatessen, 424 E. Commerce. Be sure to get a frosted mug of their root beer.

I really like Zito's. I don't remember their sandwiches being humongous, but I'm sure you could add meat. The prices are very reasonable.

Go to Drews American Grill and order the Tripple Decker...I took a pic of it. The chips that come with it are made there. Probably the best sandwich I ever had

What else do you recommend? I've walked past it many times and wondered about it.
