Cool real estate commissions in San Antonio

when you close a commercial purchase, does your broker deduct the taxes and then pay you? or, the broker gives you your hole commission and then you deduct the taxes when is the due date?

You pay your own taxes, it makes it so the you are more of a private contractor.

ALWAYS set aside at least 20% of your commissions for the end of the year. Probably more. Tax season takes out a ton of agents that can't successfully handle their money.
