These are statements from witnesses on the road that time and day. Not siding with either, but the investigation shows Espinosa being the aggressor. He also has had a protective order put out on him, so he does have issues, (or, did have)

the fact he was carrying a gun in his truck, and then used it? Definitely he had issues. Wrong place, wrong time.

when all is said and done, whether one car or the other was being "rude" in their driving habits... someone decided to solve the problem by pulling a gun in traffic and firing it at another vehicle. nothing about this story should have resulted in that. i won't say i am glad someone died in a crash... but as often as i see stories like drunk drivers walking away from fatal crashes, it's nice this event didn't have a similar ending.

There's no excuse for violence on the road, regardless of rude driving. There's no need for road rage. None.

Interestingly enough...I have noticed that one of the posters from the forum is VERY absent from posting since this occurred....and I KNOW he lived in the area from his prior posts.

Not jumping to conclusions, but interesting for sure.....

It seems fitting that Espinosa's 15 minutes of fame culminated with his police mug shot on the local newspaper's website.
