We will be moving to the San Antonio area within the next month or so. We are currently looking in the Schertz/Cibolo area. I need input about this area along with any other areas in Northern SA and Northeastern SA.

We are looking for:
-excellent school districts
-family community

Also, which builders should we avoid?

Thanks!

GREAT recommendation for Boerne....except it does not really fit into the area the OP is looking for. While I LOVE Boerne, and would live there in a NY second...it is probably more helpful to give someone who is not familiar with the distance between the area they are looking for and the area suggested some idea of how HUGE the SA area is. Mom and I both live in SA....but she is in the Live Oak area while we are Alamo Ranch....a 45 minute commute at best....1 1/2 hours with traffic.
