We need help with getting our home computers set up and wondered if anyone has any recommendations for a local company in or near the Helotes area. We could call Best Buy, but I've heard mixed reviews and we'd rather support smaller, local folks. Any recs would be greatly appreciated!

What kind of set up do you need? There are picture and diagrams in the box, and software installs its self if you just put the disk in the drive.

It's not just a "slip the disk into the computer and it'll take care of itself" problem. That we could figure out. The computers themselves are set up and mostly networked. We're having a few glitches between the computers in the network and between the laptops and the printer that we can't figure out. The way we solved these problems before didn't work, so I'd like someone who could come out and explain what the problem is and how to solve it.

Call with Lee at WiMax/Digital Fortress. Have known him for years and he does great work, and he is on your side of town!
