What is being built on 1604W just past Rogers Ranch, between Bitters and NW Military? A big area of land is cleared out.

I think it's a senior center of some kind.

It's going to be an apartment complex. Embrey Construction is leading the building effort and they specialize in multi-family housing developments.

The proliferation of large apartment complexes on or near 1604 will contribute to the joyful traffic experience on 1604.

It's already standstill for a large part of the day.

I thought the senior center was in the 1604 E opposite Rogers ranch.

I cannot believe the 1604W between rogers ranch and nw military is going to be another apartment complex, I understand there is a lot of people moving around with no need of a permanent house, but come on! the market has to be quite tight for those rental companies.

In the last 5 years our area has grown by 40-60 thousand per year depending on the year so they have to love somewhere.
