Shops at Stone Oak and 281
WOW! I just drove around the parking lot and there are some great stores set to open soon. What other stores are supposed to be in this area?
Does anyone know if they have a certain weekday day when they do their markdowns? Here are the stores I saw:
Talbots
Anne Taylor Loft
Coldwater Creek
Aeropostale
American Eagle Outfitters
Hollister
Chicos
Eddie Bauer
THANKS!!

Yes, I already started a thread about that area a few weeks ago. I had visited the grand opening of the Home Goods store up there. I was saying that it is so pathetic that we can't get something like that on the far west side of San Antonio-- instead of the cookie-cutter cement shopping centers and stip malls. If you live up there and are close enough to enjoy that new shopping area, then you are lucky! Don't you love how pedestrian-friendly it is for walking around?

It's amazing to think that The Village at Stone Oak (the shopping center this thread is based on) is just 1/3 of what's going up at Stone Oak and 281. There's the 800,000 square foot Tacara (with the proposed TJ) and Park Place, with an underground 18 bowling alley, Sheraton hotel and Emeril Lagasse restaurant.

I cringe thinking of the traffic all those centers are going to create on 281. Gonna be a nightmare!

Here are a couple more shops I noticed the last time I was up there. Soma, Talbots Woman, White House/Black Market,Limited Too, J.Crew, Harold's, Hallmark, & there have been rumors that there is going to be a Jamba Juice but their website doesn't mention it. It looks to me like this center is going to be alot like Huebner Oaks with some nicer stores.

Darn, I was hoping they would put a Justice store in there, but if there is a Limited Too, it probably won't happen.
