Does anyone have experience with a Driver's Ed school for a teenager? We thought about the online/parent taught course, and the one offered through the school system (after school for a fee) but I think the independent school route might work best for us. Anyone tried one and had good (or bad) results? Preferably looking for one north of 410 closer to 1604 & 281... Thanks!

Several years ago, my SIL had her daughter take a course through Central Park Driving School. We went through NEISD. Comparing notes, we got the better deal (money wise AND convenience).

Just my 2 cents.

Depends on the district. AHISD used central park so I'm not sure if there was a deal or not. Central Park was very flexible with my daughters schedule as far as taking both the classes and the driving instruction. This was in the last 2 years so call around and and find what works best for you and your child.
