Does anyone who lives in Lookout Canyon Creek have a contact number for the person who handles all the paperwork/rules. My fiance and I are in contract on a house in there and are curious about some things. I've heard the HOA is pretty strict, but that was all from years ago. Anyone living there now and have anything they can share? I do have one question if you do live in there, are sheds allowed? Thanks!

Has your Realtor gotten you a copy of the covenants? With your contract you should have an HOA addendum stating that the seller has to provide you with the CC&R's within a negotiated number of days, and then once you have them you've got three days to review them. Call your Realtor.
