I have had constant headaches, sore eyes and lethargy for the past two weeks or so. Is there an end to the cedar in the air coming up?

The tree pollens are coming in a bit early. I was a mess about two weeks ago with the ash and oak coming in.

Cedar Pollen is usually a problem from late November to February. February 14 is usually the date to see no pollen on the counts.
Maybe it's the early tree pollen that is getting to you.

This is one reason we cruise for 2 weeks every Feb...went a week earlier than normal this year and seem to be doing ok the few days we have been back in SA...maybe it was the 14 days away from the stuff that helped me.
