I too wanna know if you own property on the frontage road of a stretch of highway they annexed, or your ranch is off a country road they annexed, did they annex your property too or just the road?

Sorry, there's no clear-cut answer for that. Each case is different-- you'd have to find out from the city what exactly was annexed.

Ranch land would be a very different assessment as well as revenue can of worms.
