I cant say I agree that it is worth the money. My mom swears by it but every time I order something (I dont have Prime) I opt for the "Free 3-5 day shipping". If I order something on Friday, 9 times out of 10 I get it the following Tuesday. Just a week ago Friday I ordered two Otterbox cases and got free shipping. I got one Tuesday and one Wednesday. I cant see spending $80 to do better than that.
I also wasnt impressed with the streaming video content. I signed up for Prime for the video content and got a refund the same day. I found it worse than Netflix.
To each his/her own I suppose.

when i didn't have Prime I didn't get my order delivered next day, unless i pay extra for next day shipping...
