I am moving to SA in a few months and I wanted to find some good salsa dance clubs? From the times I have visited SA before, it seems there are lots of clubs that play Tejano music, but not a lot of clubs for Latin (salsa, merengue, rumba) music.

Azuca and Rosario's on Alamo St. They're both restaurants but Salsa bands take over on weekends.

There are many clubs that have a "Salsa night" certain nights of the week. A friend of mine got involved with that circuit. I believe the hub of Salsa activitys is a club called Arjons...they do the free lessons and have Salsa dancing most nights.....from there you will hear by word of mouth on the other Salsa places like Azuca, Rosarios, etc, etc. Good Luck.
